Falcons Revamp Defense with Major Acquisitions

In the 2023 season, Simmons appeared in 15 games, recording 70 tackles, eight pass breakups, a sack, and three interceptions.

Second-year safety DeMarcco Hellams was carted off the field during the team’s first preseason game and was later seen with a cast on his lower leg.
